Payment Conditions

A deposit of 50% of the total tour price is due once the booking has been confirmed in writing. The balance has to be paid at least 30 days before departure date. Reservations that are made less than 30 days before departure have to be paid in full upon receipt of confirmation. Documents will only be released upon receipt of full payment.

Once a tour has been confirmed by deposit payment, we reserve the right to charge handling fees for re-bookings.

Cancellation Policy

In case of a cancellation the following costs of the tour price will be charged:


Up to 31   days before                         15%

  30 – 21   days before                         25%

  20 – 15   days before                         50%

  14 – 08   days before                         75%

  07 – 00   days before                       100%

We strongly suggest that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance covering them for personal effects, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation and curtailment.

It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that passports, visas or other travel documents are valid for the duration of their stay in Namibia and other places included in their itinerary.

Most dietary requirements can be catered for. When making your reservation, please advise of any specific dietary requirements.
